“We hired Heather from the Perfect Plan for partial planning and coordination about 1.5 years before our wedding. Best. Decision. Ever.
Hiring Heather was the best investment we made towards our wedding. Leading up to the wedding she helped me with every aspect of planning. She got quotes from all vendors, summarized them, made recommendations and helped us to make our final decisions and book all vendors. She was always a text or call away, with any big or small questions I had. It was a saving grace to have Heather’s expertise, and took all the guesswork out of planning. We talked every week (at least) in the year prior to the wedding and then when it got closer we talked daily.
I don’t know if planning a wedding is ever stress-free but Heather made it as close as possible. She is organized and detail oriented, which was very evident as our wedding weekend went off without any issues. Her planning website was very helpful throughout the process and I even saved money with preferred vendor discounts!
We absolutely loved being able to relax and truly enjoy every single moment of our wedding day. Heather handled absolutely everything, from setting up the venue, to organizing and communicating with vendors, making our timeline and coordinating everything at the wedding. She went above and beyond in every way and by the end of the process she truly feels like a friend.
Heather is so passionate about what she does, and I felt that she did everything she could to make sure we had our dream wedding. Every idea I had, she found a way to pull it off. Her passion is what drew us to her, after chatting to many planners and I am so thankful we chose her. I will continue to recommend Heather and The Perfect Plan over and over to anyone planning a wedding.

“We started working with Heather 14 months before our wedding and it is the best decision we made during the whole wedding planning process.
Heather gathered quotes from so many different vendors, summarized them and gave her honest opinion. She helped with every aspect of wedding planning and helped make it a stress free process. Heathers communication is amazing, she is SO fast at replying to emails and texts. Her planning website was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, it was so easy to communicate and keep track of all the different vendors in one place.
We had a vision and Heather executed it perfectly, there was not one thing she did with our decor that I would change, she made it even better than I imagined. Our wedding day went off without a hitch (as far as we know) and that was all thanks to Heather.
