At The Perfect Plan We provide a premium level of service that requires countless hours spent behind the scenes as well as many hours working one on one with each couple - therefore, we only take on a limited number of events each year to ensure that we can provide that high service standard to each and every one of our incredible clients.

Our full service coordination package is our most popular package!
This package is kind of like “month of” coordination but even better - We will assist you throughout your planning journey with touch point meetings, help with design and decor, give you our preferred vendors list & suggestions and always be there for you to answer all of your questions!
This package is for couples that are excited about the wedding planning process and have the time necessary to research and book your vendors on your own but still want some help along the way.
After we've got all of the planning done and arrived at your big day, we will be there with you all day to execute your plans and bring your vision to life!

Our planning package is the full meal deal!
We will be your right hand woman through all aspects of your planning journey!
We will carry out your vendor research, booking and management from day one. Assist with rental sourcing, decor sourcing and design and of course be there for you 24/7 to answer all of your questions!
This package is for couples that do not have time for all of the work that goes into planning a wedding - or, just prefer to have someone else take the reins for a good chunk of it.
(Ps. We limit our planning package bookings to a maximum of 3 couples per a year - to ensure we can offer our high service standard always)
