I cannot say enough good things about Heather and The Perfect Plan. We hired The Perfect Plan for Month of Coordination as well as Set Up and Take Down, and it was probably the best investment we made for our wedding. We had the most amazing and perfect wedding day, and a large part of that was because of Heather.
We got married on New Years Eve, and knowing that Heather was doing all the coordination with our vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding relieved a lot of stress, especially with it being over the holidays. Heather had great suggestions and experience in helping us make our schedule for the day so that everything was timed perfectly, and we had enough time to do everything we wanted. Heather kept everything running smoothly on the day, and managed any questions or issues that came up. If anything went sideways, I was none the wiser.
I can honestly say that I didn't feel stressed at all on the day of my wedding as I knew everything was in Heather's very capable hands. She met with us twice leading up to the wedding, attended our wedding rehearsal, was there the day before the wedding and the day after for set up and take down, and was there all day on our wedding day. She was also always available to answer questions (no matter how small or silly they seemed) and was incredibly prompt with answering messages.
In terms of set up and takedown, Heather executed my vision for the decor even better than I could have done myself. As well, knowing that I just had to drop off my decorations at the venue and that everything would be set up perfectly gave me so much peace of mind. And after the wedding, she tore down everything and packaged up all my decorations in organized, labeled bins, taking care that everything was wrapped in paper so nothing broke. Heather has incredible attention to detail and demonstrates exceptional work ethic and professionalism. I highly recommend The Perfect Plan!

Heather helped us plan our wedding in under 9 months which was a task. We were unprepared walking in and she walked us through the whole wedding planning process with ease. She has been apart of every step and made our vision come true even when we had no idea what we wanted she knew and showed us the way. Leading up the the days before when everyone is high stress Heather kept her cool and in turn helped us stay less stressed and able to enjoy those days before and now the days after!
I don’t know how anyone does a wedding without her, I feel so lucky and blessed to have met her and had her apart of our wedding day. Day of she was always there checking in with us making sure we were happy organizing all of my vendors making sure they were happy. She knew when to take control and led everyone including us in the right direction. She also has this weird way of knowing exactly what we needed like after the ceremony we were ahead of time and she sent us away to have a 20 mins of alone time before the rest of the evening and I can say with out a doubt that was what we needed the most.
Heather did our partial planning, coordination and set up and take down of our wedding and that’s the only way to go. She had set up all of our rentals, including the most annoying but beautiful harvest tables, and then stayed afterwards to take everything down. To not have to stress about setting up before or making sure it’s all cleaned up at the of the night was amazing.
At the end of the night, she helped us to our car service and sent us on our way.
I could continue on about all of the things Heather did for us to make our wedding day perfect but all just say you need her. If I could give any recommendation to anyone planning a wedding it is to hire the perfect plan and know you are in the best of hands!!

We hired Heather for the Month of Coordination service for our wedding a few weeks ago and she was the ABSOLUTE best! She was so organized, professional, strategic, resourceful, and all-round awesome. Heather went above and beyond to ensure my partner and I had the most perfect day.
At first, I was confident with my wedding planning abilities, and after hiring Heather, I realized I needed a lot more help than originally anticipated. I wish I hired her to plan the entire event! Heather always thought 2 steps ahead—she effectively communicated with our vendors and handled last minute changes with grace.
I couldn’t think of a better person to have by our side for the week of our wedding. Everything was taken care of—from the rehearsal dinner until take down at the end of the night. She’s a pro that managed to wrangle a large crowd. Heather ensured all of the decor was perfect and to our taste. The room was stunning—she truly brought my Pinterest board to life.
